Privacy policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026 · The service is provided by MEA IS LTD (United Kingdom).

What we store: your email, name and company (from your Google account), your Daftra account's subdomain and an encrypted copy of its API key, and a counter of saved documents (operation type and time only).

What we do not store: invoice content. It passes through our server to Daftra and is neither saved nor logged. We hold no passwords; sign-in is through Google.

Where data is processed: on our hosting provider Render's servers outside Saudi Arabia and Egypt, under contractual safeguards. Invoice images you send to Claude or ChatGPT are processed by that app under its own policies.

Your rights: delete the key or the account at any time from the Account page; deletion removes the key and personal data immediately. Questions or a copy of your data: sales@mea-is.com.
