Is my data safe?

Your Daftra key is stored encrypted and is never shown to any AI app. Invoice content passes through our server to Daftra only; it is not stored and not written to logs. You can delete the key or the whole account at any time.

Can the service move money or approve documents?

No. It saves drafts only; your accountant approves them in Daftra. No payments, no approvals, ever — it never records a payment against any document.

Which subscriptions do I need?

A Daftra account with API access, and Claude or ChatGPT. Claude allows one custom connector even on the free plan; ChatGPT custom connectors mostly need a business plan. The AI cost is on your own subscription; we add nothing on top.

What are the free-trial limits?

14 days and 100 documents a month. A "document" is one successful save into Daftra. Reading and searching are always free. No card is asked for during the trial.

What does it cost after the trial?

One subscription: $15/month — flat, nothing added at checkout, with unlimited documents. Payment by card through Stripe; cancel anytime from the Account page.

Launch offer: 30% off the first month for the first 100 subscribers — applied automatically at checkout.

What about duplicate invoices?

We check the supplier's invoice number before saving; if it is already recorded, nothing is saved and you see the warning. It is only saved if you explicitly ask to override.

How do I stop the service?

From the Account page: disconnect AI apps, delete the key, or delete the whole account.
